摘要
以水性丙烯酸树脂为基体树脂,导电石墨、炭黑为混合导电填料,制备了一种水性防静电涂料。研究表明,炭黑和石墨混合的最优比例为20∶80,填料含量变化在5%-25%时,可有效调节涂层电阻率在10^2-10^10Ω/cm^2。同时探讨了环境温、湿度变化对导电效果的影响,以及防静电包装应用。
Using waterborne acrylic resin as matrix resin,conductive graphiteand carbon black as conductive filler to prepare a waterborne anti-static coating.Study showed that carbon black and graphite mixed optimal ratio was 20∶80,filler content changes from 5% to 25%,the surface resistivity can be effectively regulated at 10^2-10^10Ω/cm^2.Explored the conductive effect when the environment temperature and humidity changed,discussed the applications for anti-static packagings.
