摘要
教育财政效率是教育财政的核心问题,也是最具现实研究价值的问题,但已有的研究缺乏相关的科学阐释。教育财政效率是在满足教育财政支出根本目的基础上的支出的有效程度,是教育财政资金在不同环节所显现的效率,可以具体分解为教育财政配置效率、教育财政运行效率、教育财政技术效率。界定教育财政效率的内涵,明确测度教育财政效率的指标,分析影响教育财政效率的因素,对深化教育财政效率研究及寻求提高我国教育财政效率的途径具有启发意义。
Educational finance efficiency is not only the core issue of educational finance, but also the most worthwhile of research issue. However, the present research is lack of relevant scientific illustration. Educational finance efficiency is the functioning degree of educational finance expenditure on the basis of fulfilling the fundamental purpose, which can be decomposed into the efficiencies of educational finance allocation, educational finance operation, educational finance technique. It is of great enlightenment significance to deepen the research of educational finance efficiency and seek the method to improve educational finance efficiency to clarify the connotation of educational finance efficiency, make clear measuring index of educational finance efficiency, analyze the influencing factors of educational finance efficiency in China.
