摘要
阐述了水平井裸眼砾石充填过程及其技术特征,并指出了影响砾石充填质量的几个主要技术因素及相应对策。利用满足各项要求的砾石充填系统工具,采用合适的作业步骤和过程控制,渤中34-1油田成功实施了5口水平井的裸眼砾石充填作业,为其他同类型油田水平井完井提供了很好的借鉴和参考。
The process and characteristics of open- hole gravel packing (OHGP) in horizontal wells were described, the major technical factors and corresponding countermeasures were pointed out. By using appropriate systematical tools and proper operation procedures and process control for the gravel packing, the technique was successfully used in 5 horizontal wells in BZ 34-1 Oilfield application shows that it can provide reference for the gravel packing operation for similar wells.
