摘要
儒家经典《周易》中所蕴涵的管理思想直至今日依然具有重要的理论价值和现实意义。取现代视域,从整体运动的管理环境、和合发展的管理理念、时中务实的管理方法3个方面对《周易》管理思想进行了阐释与解析。
Even today, Zhou Yi, the most important Confucian masterpiece, contains a lot of valuable managerial thought. In the visual threshold of modem management, Zhou Yi can be elucidated and analyzed by three aspects, i.e. the whole locomotor managerial environment, the harmoniously developing managerial notions and the becomingly pragmatic managerial approaches.
