摘要
目的提高对子宫输卵管碘油造影（HSG）x线征象的认识，了解其临床价值。方法回顾分析本院1.27例不孕患者的子宫输卵管碘油造影x线图像及临床资料。结果正常20例，子宫异常9例（先天畸形5例，炎症4例），输卵管异常107例，（双侧输卵管完全阻塞36例，单侧完全阻塞13例，其中近段阻塞22支，远段阻塞76支；57倒不完全阻塞；一例走行过度迂曲），造影剂逆流18例。造影术后4例自然受孕，时间为术后3-6月。结论子宫输卵管碘油造影是诊断子宫输卵管不孕最简便有效的检查方法，且有一定再通治疗作用。
Diagnostic Value of Hysterosalpingography for Infertility （attached 127 cases report） LIU Ru-fang, LIANG Xu （ Department of Radiology, the NO2 pepole＇s Hospital of Yibing City, Sichuan Province; 644000） Abstract： Objective： To raise the understanding of the X-ray signs of Hysterosalpingography （HSG）, and aware of the clinical value.Methods： Review and analysis the image of HSG and the clinical data of 127 cases infertile patients in our hospital. Results： Twenty cases were noraml, and 9 cases were uterine abnormal （ 5cases Of congenital malformation, 4cases of inflammation）, and 107cases were oviduct abnormal （36eases of bilateral tubal occlusion, 13cases of unilateral, among 22 branchs of proximal obstruction, 76 branchs of distal obstruction, 57 cases of incomplete obstruction, among 1 case was extreme tortuous）, and 18cases contrast agent were adverse current.Four cases were nature pregnancy in 3-6 months after HSG.Conclusion.. HSG is the most effective inspection methods in the diagnosis of uterus and tube infertility, and some remedy function to recanalization.
