摘要
PET生产装置在负荷发生变化后,各主要反应器中流体的流动状态偏离装置设计要求,导致产品质量发生波动。文章从原料、聚合工艺及酯化反应器中物料的流动状态方面等探讨了稳定产品质量的方法。
When the load of PET plant requirement of plant, and thereby changes, the flowage of cause fluctuation of prod fluid in each main reactor deviate the designed ucts quality. The methods for stabilizing products quality were discussed in aspects of material, polymerizing process, and flowage of material in esterifies.
