摘要
目的了解深圳市福田区女性婚前体检疾病谱。方法对2006~2008年深圳市福田区9 338例女性进行婚前医学检查，包括询问健康史、家族史、体格检查和辅助检查。结果接受婚前医学检查的9 338例女性中，共检出患病者1 585例，疾病检出率为16.97%；其中生殖系统疾病检出率及构成比较高，分别为14.36%和84.61%。结论一些影响婚育的生殖器疾病、传染性疾病及遗传性疾病等患病率较高，对其应早期发现、早期诊断、早期治疗。
Objective To investigate spectrum of diseases of premarital women in Futian district of Shenzhen city. Methods Over a period from 2006 to 2008, 9 338 premarital women in Futian district of Shenzhen city received medical examination, the items included inquiring health history and family history, physical examination, genital examination and other special examinations. Results 1 585 of 9 338 women （16.97%） were identified to suffer from some diseases in premarital medical examination and the detectable rate was 16.97%. Of which, the detectable rate of diseases in reproductive system was the highest（14.36%） and accounted for 84.61% of the total. Conclusion The prevalence rates of genital diseases, infectious diseases and genetic diseases that may impact on marriage and fertility are still high. So early identification, early diagnosis and early treatment are most important.
