摘要
目的:评价电话随访对过敏性鼻炎儿童舌下脱敏治疗依从性影响。方法:将120例4～18岁过敏性鼻炎患者随机分为两组,80例为电话随访组,40例为对照组,电话随访组在对照组基础上加入电话随访,进行为期3个月的观察。结果:在舌下脱敏治疗3个月内,电话随访组80例,坚持治疗71例(88.8%);对照组40例,坚持治疗25例(62.5%)。两组患者依从性前3个月、从第2个月开始差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05～0.01)。本试验进行过程中,未发生严重不良事件。讨论:电话随访方便、快捷,能显著提高舌下脱敏患者的依从性,值得推广应用。
Objective：To evaluate effects of telephone follow-up on the compliance of children rhinitis patients treated by sublingual desensitization treatment. Methods： A total of 120 allergic rhinitis patients of 4 to 18 years old were randomly divided into telephone follow-up group （80 cases）, and control group （40 eases）. Patients in the telephone follow-up group were followed up for 3 months by telephone on the basis of the same treatment of control group. Results.During the 3 months of sublingual desensiti- zation therapy, 71 out of the 80 patients （88.8%）in the telephone follow-up group adherence to treatment while only 25 of the 40 cases in the control group did the same. The compliance shown by the two groups during entire course of 3 months and the latter two months were significantly different （P（0. 05-0. 01）. No adverse event was observed in this study. Conclusion： As an easy and convenient way, telephone followup can significantly improve sublingual desensitization patient＇s compliance, and worth application in large scale.
