摘要
目的:客观评价药罐疗法治疗功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:将132例功能性便秘患者按就诊顺序随机分成两组,治疗组66例予药罐治疗,对照组66例予心理、饮食治疗及西药口服莫沙比利片治疗。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药罐疗法治疗功能性便秘具有疗效突出,无副作用,易为病人所接受,简便易行,为FC治疗提供了一种新的选择,值得推广应用。
Objective： To objective appraisal the clinical effect of drug cupping therapy on functional constipation. Methods： 132 cases were randomly into 2 group, treatment group were treated by drug cupping therapy, the other control group treated by medicine, 66cases in each group. Results： Compared with the control group, treatment group significantly better than the control group （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion： Drug cupping therapy have a prominent effect treatment on functional constipation, no side effects, easily accepted by patients, easy for the FC treatment offers a new option, is worth popularizing.
