摘要
Hardfill坝是一种新坝型。首先研究了Hardfill材料的弹性模量和徐变度,然后根据Hardfill坝的材料、结构和施工特点,基于有限单元法,对100 m高的Hardfill坝的施工期和运行期的温度场、应力场进行全过程仿真计算。分析结果表明:在Hardfill坝中,由基础温差产生的温度应力已经不再是控制性因素;同时,Hardfill坝依然存在由于内外温差引起的表面拉应力。提出了一种设表面缝而不设贯穿横缝的Hardfill坝分缝方案,既能保证大坝表面的抗裂安全,又能减小对坝体施工的干扰,可为工程设计提供参考。
Hardfill dam is a new type dam. Because its material and construction way are different from general concrete dams, the stress distribution possesses the features in itself. The elasticity modulus and specific creep of the Hardfill material are studied at first, and then, on the basis of the characteristics of material, structure and con- struction of the dam, a whole simulation procedure is developed by using the finite element method so as to analyse the temperature and stress fields of the Hardfill dam. The research results show that the foundation temperature difference is not a critical factor, and that tensile stresses still exist because of the temperature difference between the surface and inside of the dam. A corresponding improved design scheme is proposed, in which setting surface joints substitutes for penetrating joints to guarantee the anti-fracture safety of the dam surface and decrease the dis- turbance to dam construction.
