红花檵木叶色变化过程中叶形态特征和色素含量变化 被引量:8

Variation of Leaf Morphology and Pigment Content in the Process of Leaf Color Transformation in Loropetalum chinense var. rubrum

摘要 红花檵木是一种在园林绿化上广泛应用的彩叶植物,夏季叶片会出现"返青"现象,导致观赏价值降低。本文对红花檵木红叶和绿叶、红花檵木回复突变的绿叶以及檵木叶片的叶形态特征和色素含量进行了研究,结果表明:①檵木的叶鲜重、干重、含水量和叶面积都比不同类型的红花檵木叶片下降,但是单位面积的鲜重、干重和含水量增加,质体色素含量和花青苷含量及其各类色素间比值与红花檵木转绿和复绿的叶片相近;②回复突变的红花檵木叶鲜重、含水量、比叶重、叶面积和色素特征等特征均与转绿叶片相似;③红叶转绿后,叶鲜重和叶含水量显著下降,但是叶干重显著增加,各种质体色素含量上升,花青苷含量急剧下降,说明红花檵木转绿过程中逐渐失水,并伴随新物质的积累。 Loropetalum chinense Olive var. rubrum Yieh has been widely used to beautify city and road because of its red leaves, which, however, often turn green in summer. This tends to lower its appreciation value. This paper made a study on the leaf trait, the contents of chlorophyll, ca- rotenoid and anthocyanin of red leaves and green leaves of L. chinense Olive var. rubrum, as well as green leaves of its back mutation and leaves of L. chinense. The results were as follows: (1) Leaf fresh mass, leaf dry mass, water content of L. chinense were lower than those of its variations, but its leaf fresh mass, leaf dry mass, water content per unit area were higher than those of its red leaf variations. The contents of chlorophyll and carotenoid and the ratio of different pigment in chloroplast were approximately the same as green leaves of its red leaf variations; (2) Leaf fresh mass, water content, leaf mass per unit area, leaf area and pigment of back mutation were approximately the same as green leaves of its red-leaf variations; (3) After red leaves turned green, leaf fresh mass and water content decreased significantly, but leaf dry mass and pigment in chloro- plast increased greatly, the contents of anthocyanin declined remarkably. These results illuminated that water contents declined gradually and new matter synthesized in the leaves while red leaves were turning green.
