摘要
本文以S-(-)-α-甲基苯乙胺为手性源,分别与甲基丙烯酰氯和10-十一烯酰氯酰胺化合成了两种典型的手性单体,并以此为基础合成出一系列手性固定相。其结构经红外(IR)、核磁氢谱(1HNMR)、DSC及元素分析进行了表征。
Two typical ehiral monomers were synthesized by condensation of (S)-(-)-1-Phenylethylamine and Methacryloyl chloride or 10-undecenoyl chloride. Several kinds of chiral stationary phases were synthesized by the chiral monomer. The structure was confirmed by IR, HNMR, DSC and elemental analysis.
