摘要
介绍了一次成型卡片包装机的焊接源和结构特点,指出其封装辊表面有2条圆周方向的凸版和4条轴向凸版;分析了封装辊与超声波模具配合完成卡片封装的过程。结果表明:与国内外同类设备相比,此设备的生产能力及封装品质都有明显提高。
Using ultrasonic wave to weld, one step molding card wrapping machine is characterized by two peripheral letterpresses and four axial letterpresses on the surface of sealing roller. Sealing roller acted in concert with ultrasonic mold to seal cards. Compared with the other domestic and foreign similar equipments, the production capacity and the quality of sealing improve significantly.
