摘要
碳载铂基材料是最常用的甲醇电氧化催化剂,而载体对催化剂颗粒的分散、活性以及耐久性有着显著的影响。所述文献中的碳载体材料主要分为7类:VulcanXC-72、空心碳球、有序介孔碳、纳米纤维、纳米管、纳米角和石墨烯。新型碳载体的高比表面积和适宜的多孔性促进了催化剂组分的分散,有利于改善三相界面和提高铂基金属的利用率。表面改性以及着眼于改善碳腐蚀性能的石墨化和掺杂将被继续地深入研究,石墨烯的探索以及多孔、多层次微观结构载体的发展应被重视。
Carbon supported Pt-based particles are most often used for electrochemically oxidizing methanol, and the supports have obvious influence on the distribution, catalysis and durability of Pt-based particles. The carbon supports reported in the selected recent literature are grouped into seven classes.- Vulcan XC-72, hollow sphere, or- dered mesoporous carbon, nanofiber, nanotube, nanohorn and graphene. The high specific surface area and suitable porosity of new carbon supports can help in spreading Pt-based particles, modifying the three-phase interface, and improving the utility of platinum. Future researches should focus on the further modification of support surface and the strengthening of corrosion resistance by graphitization, doping and something else. Also,it's suggested that close attention should be paid to the researches involving graohene or Porous hierarchical nanostructures.
