摘要
从气钉枪企业实际出发,通过对其研制设计流程的研究,构建气钉枪产品数据管理系统体系结构和气钉枪产品测试信息管理系统。在产品研制设计过程中,PDM系统和产品测试信息管理系统共同为不同部门的不同人员提供了信息共享、信息快速传递、信息存储、信息查询、互相协作等可能,大大提高产品更新换代的速度,企业在短时间内将具有竞争力的新产品投入市场的同时,也保证了产品较好的质量,使企业立于不败之地。
From the actual condition of the pneumatic nail gun enterprise, research on the development design flow, construction for PDM system and testing information management system of pneumatic nail gun. PDM system and testing information management system provide information sharing, rapid transmission of information, information storage, information inquiry and mutual cooperation for different people in different departments in the process of development design, it greatly increased the replacement speed of products. Enterprises ensure to put the new good quality product with competition into marketplace in the short time that makes enterprises to be invincible.
