摘要
目的探讨动力髋技术治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析总结2000年3月～2008年2月我科采用动力髋技术治疗94例股骨粗隆间骨折患者的一般情况、骨折分型、术前准备、手术方法、术后处理及术后结果等。结果采用Kudernam标准进行疗效评定,本组患者中优38例,良46例,可7例,差3例,优良率89.36%。结论动力髋内固定治疗股骨粗隆间骨折临床疗效满意。

Methods After before the review analysis summarizes in March, 2000-2008 year in February the branch to use the power hip technology to treat 94 example thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture patient＇s ordinary circumstances, the bone breakdown, the technique, prepares, the surgery method, the technique post-processing and the technique, the result and so on. Results Uses the Kudernam standard to carry on the curative effect evaluation, in this group of patients＇ superior 38 examples, good46 examples, but 7examples, difference 3 examples, fine rate 89.36%. Conclusion In Dynamic Hip Screw treats the thighbone thick prosperous bone fracture clinical curative effect to be satisfied fixedly.
