摘要
检测技术是现代制造业的主要技术之一,是保证产品质量的关键。在数控车床工艺系统中,采用CCD传感器的投影成像放大法检测工件直径,实时显示并反馈给数控系统,进行刀具的切削补偿,可提高工件的加工精度。本文提出了在数控车床中使用线阵CCD测量系统的方法,分析了数控车床线阵CCD测量系统的测量误差,提出减小数控车床线阵CCD测量系统测量误差的措施。
Detection and measuring technology is one of the main techniques in modern manufacturing industry, and it is also the key measure to ensure product quality. The precision of a workpiece will be improved when CCD sensors are used to enlarge the image of the projection of the workpiece diameter, display in real time, and feedback to the CNC system and give the compensation for the cutting tool. In this paper,based on the line array CCD measurement system for CNC lathes,the authors analyzed the measurement errors of the line array CCD measurement system used in CNC lathes, and proposed the measures to reduce the measurement errors of the line array CCD measurement system.
