摘要
在室温下测量和分析Er3+/Yb3+:KY(WO4)2晶体三个折射率主轴方向上的吸收光谱和荧光光谱,其吸收光谱和荧光光谱谱带强度明显呈现各向异性;用修正的Judd-Ofelt理论计算Er3+/Yb3+:KY(WO4)2晶体中Er3+在三个折射率主轴方向上的强度参量Ωt(t=2,4,6)和各吸收谱带的电偶极跃迁振子强度,同时计算了Yb3+在三个轴向上980nm波长处的积分吸收截面。结果表明:Er3+/Yb3+:KY(WO4)2晶体吸收光谱和荧光光谱存在各向异性,Np轴为Er3+/Yb3+:KY(WO4)2激光晶体的最佳泵浦轴向。
Absorption and fluorescence spectra of Er3+/Yb3+∶KY(WO4)2 crystal for the three principal optical axes were investigated at room temperature.The absorption and fluorescence band intensities distinctly reveal the anisotropy of Er3+/Yb3+∶KY(WO4)2 crystal.The electric dipole oscillator strengths of various bands and intensity parameters Ωt(t=2,4,6) were calculated for the three principal optical axes of the crystal by the modified Judd-Ofelt theory.The integrated absorption cross-sections at 980 nm were analyzed for the three principal optical axes.The results indicated the anisotropy of the absorption and emission spectra of the crystal,the Np axis is the best pumped axis when the Er3+/Yb3+∶KY(WO4)2 crystal acts as a laser crystal.
