摘要
FeCo36Ni22Mo3软磁合金的饱和磁感应强度可以达到1.65T,剩磁只有0.4T,非常适合于电磁铁的应用。研究人员在FeCoNi系的基础上进行了试验,结果表明,随着Co含量的增加,合金的饱和磁感应强度提高,剩磁降低;随Ni含量的增加,合金的磁导率提高,并在小磁场下(400A/m下)的磁感应强度提高。通过对FeCo36Ni22Mo3合金的热处理工艺试验发现,第二阶段冷却速度越大,合金在弱磁下的磁感应强度越大,退火温度1180℃比1100℃更有利于降低矫顽力,提高磁导率,但剩磁也随之提高。
Soft magnetic alloy FeCo36Ni22Mo3 with saturation magnetic induction and remanence 1.65 T and 0.4 T respectively is very suitable for application in electromagnet. Test results show that saturation magnetic induction increase and remanence decrease with Co content increasing, permeability and saturation magnetic induction under small magnetic field (below 400 A/m) raise with Ni content increasing. The results of heat treatment test show that it is more favorable to increase permeability and decrease remanence annealed at 1 180 ℃ than at 1 100 ℃,and the larger cooling rate of the second stage,the higher saturation magnetic induction under small magnetic field is.
