摘要
目的:对本院门诊处方中不合理用药进行分析,提高临床合理用药的水平。方法:随机抽取2008年5～9月5个月门诊处方每月1000张共计5000张,对其用药情况进行分析,统计不合理用药处方比例。结果:不合格处方98张,约占总处方数的1.96%,不合格处方主要表现在药物使用方法不当、药物使用时间不当、配伍或药物联用不当、儿童患者用药不当、重复用药、溶媒选择不当、用药疗程不当。结论:通过处方抽查可发现存在部分不合理用药和处方书写问题,应进一步加强处方管理和推进新处方办法的正确实施,促进合理用药。
Objective：To improve the clinical drug use level in our hospital by analyzing the irrational outpatient prescriptions. Methods：5 000 outpatient prescriptions （1 000 prescriptions were selected randomly every month from May 2008 to September 2008）were analyzed statistically for the irration drug use. Results：Of the 5 000 prescriptions reviewed, 98 （1.96%） were irrational ones. Irrational drug uses were manifested with incorrect drug usage, time, combination and solvent, and drug repeated administration, and improper use of drugs for children. Conclusion： Makes selective check through a prescription and can exist the part is not reasonable to write the problem with the medicine and prescriptions, should further strengthen the prescription management and push forward the righ and implement of new prescription way,promote reasonable use medicine.
