摘要
意义理论的核心问题是意义理论的形式问题,而意义理论的形式问题的解决主要表现为意义理论的构想。作为当代著名哲学家,达米特从语言实践的特征出发,提出了证实主义意义理论和实用主义意义理论两种新构想,并论述了二者的内在联系。达米特的新构想是解决意义理论形式问题的重要探索,对于当代语言哲学产生了重大影响。
The core of theory of meaning is what form a theory of meaning should take, and the solution to it consists in the conception of theory of meaning. Michael Dummett, as a famous philosopher, beginning with characterizing linguistic practices, proposes two new conceptions of theory of meaning： a verificationist theory and a pragmatist theory, and discusses the inner relation between them. The conceptions of theory of meaning which Dummett proposes have very important influences on modern philosophy of language.
