牛奶子果与叶中糖和蛋白质含量的差异 被引量:4

摘要 以重庆野生牛奶子果实和叶为实验材料,用3,5-二硝基水杨酸法和Folin—酚法初步测定了果实和叶中总糖、还原糖和蛋白质的含量。研究表明:牛奶子果中还原糖、总糖和蛋白质质量百分含量分别为2.047%,8.841%和1.541%;牛奶子叶中还原糖、总糖和蛋白质标准质量百分含量分别为1.059%,5.248%和3.617%。方差分析的结果表明果与叶中还原糖、总糖和蛋白质的含量均达极显著差异。研究了重庆本地的牛奶子果与叶中蛋白质和糖的含量差异,为重庆野生牛奶子的研究提供了理论依据。 With the fruit and the leaf of the Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb as experimental material, the contents of the total or the reducing sugar and the protein in the fruit and leaf are investigated with 3, 5 - dinitrosalicylic acid method and Lowry method. The results show that the percentage of reducing sugar, total sugar and protein content in the fruit of Elaeagnus umbellata Thunb are respectively 2. 047, 8. 841, 1. 541, and those in the leaf of the plant are respectively 1. 059, 5. 248, and 3. 617.The result of the variance analysis suggests that the percentage of reducing sugar, total sugar and protein contents between the fruit and the leaf are significantly different.
