摘要
基于丙烯精馏过程的实际运行数据,建立了能够良好描述装置实际运行工况的模型,实现了对丙烯精馏过程的流程模拟。据所建模型,研究了进料组成、丙烯产品中丙烷浓度控制指标、回流比和进料负荷等变量对装置稳定运行的影响,分别从精馏塔的进料位置和操作参数两方面提出了优化建议。即根据进料组成的变化范围,在精馏塔的适当部位增开一个进料口,实现根据进料组成变化灵活调整进料物料的进料板位置;正常进料负荷下,丙烯产品中丙烷浓度的合适控制范围是3000~5000μL/L,合适的回流比范围是12.5~14.0;高进料负荷下,丙烯产品中丙烷浓度控制在6000μL/L的上限附近,循环丙烷中的丙烯浓度控制在6%左右,低进料负荷下,丙烯产品纯度与正常负荷下的控制范围一样,降低循环丙烷中丙烯浓度控制指标至2%左右。
The fractionation process for the mixture of propylene and propane was simulated by modeling the process with industrial operation data.Based on the established model,operation variables and control variables that influence the stability of industrial process were investigaed,such as volume concentration of feed,impurity concentration in product,reflux ratio and feed charge,through which relevant suggestions were proposed.Firstly,the optimum feed stage should be adjusted with the change of feed.Secondly,the controlled propane concentration in propylene production should be in the range between 3000 μL/L and 5000 μL/L,and accordingly,the reflux ratio should be in the range between 14 and 12.5.Finally,propylene concentration in the bottom product should be adjusted between 2% and 6% depending on the feed charge.
