摘要
应用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法对三种地理标志产品的大米中27种元素进行了系统研究。结果显示大米中含有大量的铝、铁、铜、锌、铷,含量都在1000μg/kg以上。此外除了Be、Ag、Sb、Te、Hg、Tl、Th、U等与地理条件的变化关系不大外,其余的元素都随着地理条件的不同差异较大,总体而言,B、Al、V、Cr、Fe、Sr、Sn这7种元素的含量在增城丝苗米中均较在马坝油毡米及盘锦大米要低,Cu、Zn、Se、Mo、Ba这五种元素的含量在增城丝苗米中均较在马坝油毡米及盘锦大米要高。Ga在马坝油毡米中含量最高。马坝油毡米中Pb、Cd含量较高,超过了GB2762中粮食的Pb、Cd的限量要求。这些差异主要是因为大米中各元素的含量受土壤及环境因素影响,也为地理标志产品的鉴定提供了思路。
The 27 elements in 3 kinds of origin product rice was studied by ICP-MS.The results indicated that Al,Fe,Cu,Zn,Rb have high level in 3 kinds of rice,which are more than 1000μg/kg.Excepting Be,Ag,Sb,Te,Hg,Tl,Th,U other elements have a great relation with origin.B,Al,V,Cr,Fe,Sr,Sn have lower level.Cu,Zn,Se,Mo,Ba have higher level in Zengcheng Simi rice than Maba rice and Panjin rice.Ga has highest level in Maba rice.Pb and Cd’s level in Maba rice are higher than the limination of GB 2762.The differences of elements in rice have great connection with soil and environment.
