摘要
大功率高亮度发光二极管(LED)以其节能、环保、寿命长等出色性能逐渐渗透到现代照明中,业界专家预测在21世纪上半叶,以LED为代表的新型光源将会逐步发展成为电光源的主流产品。然而,LED照明仍面临着几大难题:发光效率、显色指数、结构散热等。高温对LED发光质量和使用寿命影响巨大,从设计上说,防止过热是最具挑战性的任务之一。因此,使用计算机辅助分析结合实验的方法来模拟LED组件的工作性能变得越来越重要。
High-power high-power light-emitting diode (LED) for its energy-saving,environmental protection,long life and other outstanding performance penetrate gradually into modern lighting.LED experts predict that in the first half of the 21st century LED lighting will be gradually developed as main light sources.However,LED lighting is still facing several big challenges:luminous efficiency,color rendering,thermal management and so on.High temperature has enormous impact on the quality and service life.In the design prevent the overheating is the most challenging tasks.Therefore,the use of computer-aided analysis combined with experimental methods to simulate the working performance of LED module becomes increasingly important.
