衍生气相色谱法测定与食品接触金属制品中游离苯酚含量

Determination of phenol in metallic material in contact with foodstuffs by derivate gas chromatography

摘要 目的:建立衍生化气相色谱法测定食品包装金属制品中游离苯酚的分析方法。方法:样品用水萃取,溴化钾-溴酸钾衍生,气相色谱法测定,外标法定量。结果:样品加标回收率达到98.0%-105.6%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在1.47%-3.10%。结论:实验结果表明,该方法简便、快速,适合食品包装金属制品中游离苯酚的测定。 Objective:To develop a method for determination of phenol in metal packaging by derivate gas chromatography.Methods:Samples were extracted with water and the extracts were derivated by potassium bromide-potassium bromate,DB-1 capillary column and electronic capture detector(ECD) were employed.External standards were used for quantitative determination.Results:The recoveries and relative standard deviations were 98.0%-105.6% and 1.47%-3.10%,respectively.Conclusion:The method is simple and quick.It is suitable for the determination of phenol in metal packaging.
