循环流化床固硫灰复合胶凝材料的早期水化特点 被引量:1

Early-age Hydration Heat of Complex Binder Prepared with Circulating Fluidized Bed Desulfurized Fly Ash

摘要 研究了大掺量循环流化床固硫灰复合胶凝材料的物理力学性能,以及其早期水化放热特点和水化产物。研究结果表明:利用掺量为30%~60%固硫灰制备的复合胶凝材料满足32.5、42.5强度等级水泥标准;固硫灰复合胶凝材料的标准稠度比水泥的标准稠度大,且随着固硫灰用量的增加标准稠度增加,同时凝结时间变长;与P.O42.5水泥相比,循环流化床固硫灰复合胶凝材料水化的诱导期较长,水化放热速率明显变小,水化热较低。 The influences of desulfurized fly ash on the strength,setting time,water requirement for normal consistency,and hydration heat and products of complex binders were investigated.The results showed that complex binders with 30%~60% desulfurized fly ash content,can comply with the standard of 32.5 or 42.5 cement.The water requirement for normal consistency of complex binders increased from 4% to 6%(absolute increment value) with an addition of 30% to 60% desulfurized fly ash.The setting time decreased with an increase of desulfurized fly ash content.The hydration heat of complex binder has a longer induction period comparing with P.O42.5 cement,and the hydration heat reaction ratio is lower.
