摘要
本文采用最新的白光LED,专用LED驱动芯片和锂电池充电控制芯片设计矿灯,并对设计的产品进行了测试。可以看出,以LED作为光源设计出的矿灯具有照明效果好,使用时间长,寿命长,轻便小巧,免维护的优点,相对传统矿灯的优势明显。是煤矿行业的革命性产品。
This paer used the latest HB-LED, the specialized LED driving chip and the chip for Li-Ion charging regulation are employed to design the LED miner＇s lamp,and the electrical and optical performance of the lamp are tested. It can be seen that the miner＇s lamp based on LED is better in lighting, working longer time, longer lifetime, smaller in size, and maintenance free, which holds great advantage compared to traditional miner＇s lamp. It is a revolutionary product in the coal mine industry.
