摘要
介绍了对旋轴流通风机钢制叶片与叶柄的联接,由传统的铆结构改进为焊接结构;叶轮与电机的直联改进为联轴器联接;除扩散器和扩散塔采用双层消声结构外,其它部件也采用了双层的消声结构。
This paper has briefly introduced the connection of blade and petiole with steel in counter-rotating axial-flow fan,which is improved from conventiaonal riveting structure to welding structure,the direct connection of impeller and motor is improved to coupling joint,and other components are also adopted double-layer noise elimination structure including diffuser and retention tower.
