横向大悬臂连续箱梁模型试验与非线性分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对横向大悬臂连续箱梁异形结构横向开裂问题,根据相似原理,制作横向大悬臂连续箱梁缩尺模型,采用非线性增量的分析方法,建立横向大悬臂连续箱梁模型桥的非线性有限元修正模型.计算了横向大悬臂箱梁模型桥在等级加载过程中应变及挠度横向分布分布状况,与试验结果做了比较.研究表明:随着荷载等级的提高,横向大悬臂连续箱梁模型桥跨中腹板上缘压应变在横向呈明显的不均匀分布,在加载位置压应变值大,靠近横桥向截面中线处应变值较小;加载等级提至400 kN时,大悬臂横梁端挠度远大于大悬臂相对侧横梁端挠度,中跨跨中挠度在横桥向的分布状况与腹板上缘压应变保持相同的规律;模型桥双向受力,荷载局部效应明显. In order to solve the problem of transverse cracking on box girder with long cantilever and based on similarity principle, model bridge with long transverse cantilever was firstly made and mode test was done. Nonlinear analysis method was applied in numeric analysis, and the nonlinear FEM model for bridge with Iong transverse cantilever was updated. The distribution of strains and deflection was analyzed under various loading grade, and compared with test results, The studies show that, along with the increase of load, the compressive strain at top area of web is obviously non-uniform in transverse direction. Compressive strain at loading area is larger than that at centerline of cross-sections while the load comes to a level, deflection at end of long cantilever is far larger than that at opposite point, and the transverse distribution of deflection is similar to that of strains at middle of mid-span. Model bridge is in bi-directional stress status with obvious loading effect at local area.
