摘要
根据通用桥式起重机分等规定中的技术要求和有关规范,结合设备与现场条件,拟定出一套用于桥式起重机微机综合测试的原理、方法和计算公式。对桥架结构和机构的测试方法附有原理图。此检测系统已用于实践。
A set of principles, methods and calculation formulae have been developed for PC based comprehensive inspection of overhead travelling crane according to technical requirements specified in qualification regulations of general purpose overhead travelling crane and other related specifications, taking equipment and site conditions into consideration. Scheme of inspection method for bridge construction and mechanisms is attached. This inspection system has already been put into practice.
