Study on Variable-pitch Servo Control System of Megawatt Wind Turbine

摘要 分析了目前MW级变桨风力发电机主流变桨控制方式,设计了一套以直流电动机为伺服电机的电动变桨距系统,在分析伺服变桨距系统控制原理的基础上,设计了以三环PID控制原理为核心的电动变桨距伺服控制系统,在调试过程中变桨距机构工作正常、稳定,达到了预期设计的目标。 The main variable-pitch control methods of megawatt wind turbine were introduced in this paper,and an electric variable-pitch system with DC motor as servo motor was designed.Based on the analysis of the control principle of servo variable-pitch,the electric variable-pitch servo motor control system with the core of an three circle PID was designed.The variable-pitch mechanism work normally and steadily during the debugging process,reaching the pre-designed goal.
