摘要
针对造成PU木器涂料透明性下降的发白及蓝光现象,分析了木器涂料涂膜透明性的光学原理,通过对其常用的消光粉类型、用量和干膜厚度的关系试验,初步提出了用分光测色仪来对涂膜透明性进行定量表示的方法。
Based on the phenomena of whitening and blue light of PU wood coatings caused by the transparency decrease, this paper analyzes the optical principle of the transparency of wood coatings film; and through the test on the relation of flatting powder types, use amount and dry film thickness, this paper puts forward the method to quantitatively characterize the transparency of film by the spectrophotometer.
