荧光素钠注射液的不良反应观察与干预措施 被引量：3

摘要 荧光素钠（sodium fluorescein）是一种化合物染料，具有荧光特性，其分子式为C20H10O5Na2,相对分子质量为376．27，在pH为8时荧光最强。静脉注射常用量为10-20mg／kg体质量。一般机体对荧光素有较好的耐受性，少数有轻微的恶心、呕吐等不良反应，个别病例会发生休克死亡的严重并发症。荧光素钠注射液的药品说明书明确指出可能发生荨麻疹、呼吸困难、哮喘发作、呼吸停止、血压下降、
