多元化骨组织工程修复颌骨缺损的研究进展

摘要
肿瘤、外伤、炎症或先天疾病造成的颌骨缺损增加了口腔修复治疗的难度,也影响了修复体的预后。随着骨组织工程在骨缺损修复中的广泛应用,颌骨缺损修复的基础研究日益增多,并逐渐联合多个学科,采用多元化的技术方法修复缺损区,本文就多元化骨组织工程在颌骨缺损方面的研究进展做一综述。
