摘要
目的:通过下颌骨矢状劈开术(SSRO)联合正畸治疗牙颌面畸形的应用,观察并发症及其处理,以减少此类手术并发症的发生。方法:总结2004年以来应用SSRO手术配合正畸治疗的27例病例所发生的并发症,并就其原因及防治进行讨论。结果:27例中发生并发症4例,所有患者的畸形均得到改善,临床效果满意,并发症发生率为14.8%。结论:SSRO联合正畸治疗牙颌面畸形周期较长,术式虽然经过改进但常见并发症发生率仍较高,影响施术效果,因此施术者应对其全面了解并掌握,严格掌握适应症,重视正畸及手术过程中的各个环节。
Objective：TO explore the methods of prevention the complication of treatment of SSRO combined or thodontic foe dento-maxillofacial deformities according on clinical treatment. Method：To summarize twenty-seven cases using treament of SSRO Combined or thodontic from 2004. Result：4 case of 27 patients have complication. Conclusion： Treatment of SSRO combined or thodontic for dento-maxillofacial depormities have a long period .In expanding stage,having comprehensive understanding the indications owing to the appropriate treatment at every step to prevent the complication Treating every step correotly will benefit the second surgical procedure and the satisfactory effects.
