摘要
医院文化对医院的发展具有重要作用。北京肿瘤医院在"以人为本,建设和谐医院"的办院理念的指引下,通过尊重、信任、培养、支持员工,为患者提供优质服务、让患者满意等措施,将医院文化渗透于各项工作之中,取得了显著的成效,获得了许多的社会荣誉。实践证明,先进的医院文化能够增强员工对医院的认同感和凝聚力,是医院发展的核心动力与成长的航标,并对医院品牌的形成具有重要意义。
Hospital culture plays an impmlant role in the development of hospital. Under the guidelines of ＂People-oriented. Constructing harmonious hnspital＂ , hospital cuhure has penetrated various tasks of Beijing cancer hospital which is based on the performance of a series of measures, such as respecting, trusting, cultivating, supporting and satisfying the personnel, and offering patients with high quality and satisfied services on one hand, and establishing prompting, competitive mechanisms to achieve hospital common aims on the other hand. In the meantime, pruminent achievenlent and a great deal of honors from soeiety have also been obtained by Beijing cancer hospital. It is has been found that advanced hospital cuhure can enhance personnel＇ s self-identity and affinity to hospital, which is the core impetus and navigation mark for the development of hospital, and plays an important rnle in hospital brand building.
