摘要
为探讨磁处理酒对小鼠肝脏中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、一氧化氮(NO)、肝糖原和胆固醇含量的影响,对小鼠肝匀浆的上述指标进行了测定。结果显示:磁酒组小鼠肝匀浆中SOD含量明显高于白酒组(P<0.05),MDA、肝糖原和胆固醇含量则明显低于白酒组(P<0.05),NO含量显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。
To probe into the effect of magnetized liquor SOD activity, the contents of MDA, Nitric Oxide, hepatic glycogen and cholesterol in livers of mice, the above indices of mice liver homogenate have been determined. The results show that SOD activity in the liver homogenate of the mice from the group of magnetized liquor is markedly higher than that in the group of liquor (P<0 05). The contents of MDA, hepatic glycogen and cholesterol are notably lower than those in the group of liquor (P<0 05). Nitric Oxide content, compared with the control group, has a remarkable dropping tendency (P<0 05).
