摘要
为了研究尘肺病对患者血清超氧化歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活力和丙二醛（ＭＤＡ）含量的影响，对包钢１３１例尘肺患者血清ＳＯＤ活力和ＭＤＡ含量进行了测定。结果显示∶与健康中青年比较（ＳＯＤ）活力明显降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），ＭＤＡ含量明显升高（Ｐ＜０．０１），且随年龄增大，尘肺患者血清ＳＯＤ活力有明显降低趋势，ＭＤＡ含量逐渐增加。
The level of SOD activity and MDA content was determined in the serum of 131 cases of the patients in Baotou Ironand Steel Company suffering from pneumoconiosis. It is shown that, compared with the young and middleaged people in good health, the level of SOD activity in the serum of the patients suffering from pnenmoconiosis falls remarkably and MAD content increases signifcantly and with the increasing of age the level of SOD activity in the serum of pneumoconiosis has a tendency to decrease and MDA content increases gradually.
