脉冲电刺激迷走神经对大鼠复杂部分性发作的影响

摘要 目的:定量研究迷走神经刺激(VNS)对癫痫复杂部分性发作的频度和强度的影响。方法:30只大鼠被随机分为实验组和对照组。用频率16Hz,波宽1.0ms,串长10秒,强度3.5mA 的恒流,方波脉冲电反复刺激18只实验组大鼠的颈迷走神经,同时观察其部分点燃过程中0~3级行为及杏仁核放电的变化。结果:VNS 可抑制大鼠的复杂部分性发作。发作强度的降低先于发作频度的降低。在 VNS 次数积累到一定量后发作频度才获显著性下降(P<0.05)。杏仁核平均后放电时间始终无显著性变化(P>0.05)。结论:VNS 对大鼠复杂部分性发作的抑制可能主要通过阻抑痫灶放电的扩布而实现,对痫灶本身的放电影响相对较小。 Objective:To study quantitatively the effects of vagus nerve stimulation(VNS)on the frequencies and intensities of complex partial seizure(CPS).Methods:30 rats were randomly divided into experimental and control groups,the cervical vagus nerves of the experimental group were stimulated with constant aquare wave pusle current with intratrain frequencies of 16 Hz and pulse duration of 1.0ms,train durations of 10s and intensities of 3.5m A.The behavioral stages 0~ 3 of the rats and the afterdischarges of the amygdalas were observed in the course of partial kin- dling in the mean time.Results:VNS could restrain the seizures of CPS.The descent of seizure in- tensities was earlier than that of seizure frequencies.The seizure frequencies descended significant- ly with the accumulation of VNS times to some degrees(P<0.05).In the course of VNS,the mean afterdischarge time of the amygdalas didn't change markedly(P>0.05).Conclusions:It seemed that the inhibition of CPS of the rats in course of stimulating vagus nerves could mainly come true by restraining the spread of epileptic focu's discharges and VNS affected the epileptic focu's discharges itself lesser relatively.
