摘要
目的了解病区麻醉药品和精神药品管理现状及探讨存在问题的解决办法。方法以国务院、卫生部有关麻醉药品和精神药品管理的法规、条例为依据,对我院各病区进行定期检查。结果病区麻醉药品和精神药品管理工作逐步走上正轨,管理日趋规范,未出现因管理不善而导致的滥用和流失现象。但有的医护人员对相关法规缺乏足够的了解,存在账册不能及时登记,有效期管理、专用处方管理不严等问题。结论病区麻醉药品、精神药品管理水平有待进一步提高。
Objective To comprehend the situation on management of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances in endemic area,and approach some ways to the problems.Methods Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances in endemic area were inspected on time,based on some regulations of the State Council and Department of Health.Results The management of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances was more standardized in endemic area.The abusage and loss of those drugs did not appear even if they were not well managed.But sometimes the distributions could not be registered on time.Also it was lack of management in using the drugs while they were effective and the special prescription.Conclusion We need more improvement upon managing Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances in endemic area.
