摘要
针对叉车的工作特点,探讨了叉车自动称重系统的设计方法,分析了叉车的受力情况,对系统的组成、信号采集、数据处理进行了研究.重点阐述了二维测力和模糊修正的组合新方法,实现了称重的智能化,保证了受载信号的精确度,同时论述了称重时货物的偏载影响及消除这些影响的措施,实验证明了本系统的有效性.
According to the characteristics of fork-lift at work, the design method of auto fork-lift scale is presented in this paper, the force analysis, the principle of the system and signal acquisition and data disposal are introduced, a kind of fuzzy modifier and two-dimensional force measurement is emphasized. To reach the goal mentioned above, the accurancy of loading signal should be controlled in a certain range besides computerizing the whole system. This paper emphasizes the influence of cargo eccentric load-bearing on the weighing accurancy and the means to eliminate the influence. It is proved by experiment.
