摘要
广东台山核电站采用EPR堆型.执行RCC—M2007版建造标准。但2007版RCC—M标准在国内核电项目的应用目前尚处于探索阶段。本文就母材分类方式、焊接接头形式、厚度与直径的覆盖范围、焊接位置、无损检测、破坏性试验,以及焊接线能量的测算等焊接工艺评定的各个要素对RCC—M2007和2000+2002补遗之间的差异进行了探讨.为基于RCC—M2007版的焊接活动提供参考。对比分析结果表明两版本在厚度与直径的覆盖范围、焊接接头形式、无损检测、破坏性试验这四部分内容的要求上有一定的变化;对于母材分类方式和焊接位置这两个因素,表面上看差异比较大,实际差异并不大;在焊接线能量因素上,存在比较大的差异。
Taishan EPR nuclear power plant in G uangdong Province has adopted RCC-M Code Edition 2007, which is still in the researching phase for domestic nuclear power projects. This thesis discusses discrepancies between RCC-M Edition 2007 and RCC-M Edition 2000 + Addenda of 2002 and provides information for welding activities, especially in the following aspects for a welding procedure qualification: base metal category, welding joints, coverage of thickness and diameter, welding positions, non destructive test, destructive test and heat input. By comparison between the two RCC-M versions, it draws a conclusion that there exist some alterations in aspects of coverage of thickness and diameter, welding joints, non destructive test and destructive test, little discrepancies in aspects of base metal category and welding positions, and some major discrepancies in heat input.
