摘要
目前,火力发电厂汽轮机房通风系统的设计基本上是依靠经验,很难设计出最佳的节能系统。本文使用Airpak软件对某汽轮机厂房的通风空气流场进行数值计算。首先验证原设计系统的通风效果,得出原设计存在能耗严重、气流组织不均匀的结果。然后从改善通风气流组织效果和节能两方面出发,对汽轮机房的通风设计进行优化,得到夏季通风系统运行节能33 kW(节能率为15.3%)的优化设计方案。
Based on the empirical design of the ventilation system in turbine building of thermal power plants, it is hard to obtain the optimal ventilation system. This study carries out the numerical calculation of the ventilation system for a certain turbine building by Airpak. The simulation results show that the original ventilation system has high energy consumption, and the air-flow organization is not well-distributed. This study suggests an optimized design for the ventilation system of the turbine building. The results of the simulation indicate that the air-flow organization is well-distributed and 33kW ( 15.3% ) energy consumption is reduced.
