摘要
针对利用传统的数据采集方法很难满足工业现场数据采集的问题,根据江苏永联钢铁集团公司进行高炉专家系统开发的经验,结合一般工业企业对于数据采集及处理的研究,改进了传统的利用OPC采集工业现场数据的方法,提出了采用IO Server中间数据采集层的数据获取方法。并针对高炉数据复杂、干扰大的特点,研究了高炉数据特性,给出了数据处理的主要方法。研究结果表明,利用此种方法采集数据具有较强的适用性和很高的稳定性,为高炉专家系统的发展提供了较为实用的参考价值。
Aiming at the problem that the use of traditional methods of data collection is very difficult to meet the industrial field the data acquisition,according to development experience of blast furnace expert system in Jangsu Yonggang group corporation,and combined with research on data acquisition and processing in normal industrial organization,improving use OPC of traditional industrial field data collection methods,a new data acquisition method of use of IO Sever for blast furnace expert system was recommended.Focusing on characteristics in complex data and fierce interference of the blast furnace to study the characteristics of the blast furnace data,main method of data processing was put forward.The results indicate that the method of data acquisition with strong applicability and high stability.And it offers a valid reference to the development direction for blast furnace expert system.
