摘要
基于稀H2SO4介质中,槲皮素对KBrO3氧化甲基橙褪色反应的明显催化作用,建立了测定槲皮素的动力学光度法.采用超声波法和回流法提取接骨木中槲皮素,用催化动力学光度法测定其含量,检测波长为517 nm,测定槲皮素的线性范围为0.00~0.05 mg/L,检出限为0.002 mg/L.两种提取方法测得接骨木中槲皮素含量分别为2.522 mg/g和3.420 mg/g,平均回收率分别为91.3%和96.9%.结果表明,超声波辅助萃取法简便快捷,提取率高.
A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometric method for the determination of quercetin was proposed.The method was based on a discoloring reaction of methyl red by quercetin as catalyst in the dilute sulfuric aeid.Results:A linear limit of 0.00mg/L-0.05mg/L and a mean recovery of 91.3% and 96.9% were obtained.It is concluded that this method is simple and rapid.
