摘要
标底编制是工程招标过程中的重要环节之一,也是确定、控制建筑工程造价及核实工程建设规模的依据。其合理性和准确性直接影响工程造价。因此标底应客观、公正地反映建筑工程的预期价格,要达到这一目标,必须对标底的编制有充分的认识。
The pre-tender estimate preparation is one of the important parts of project tender, as well as the basis of determining and controlling the architectural engineering cost and verifying the engineering construction scale Its rationality and accuracy directly impact the project cost. Therefore, pre-tender estimate should objectively and fairly reflect the expected price of the construction works, to achieve this goal, a full understanding of the pre-tender estimate preparation is necessary.
