摘要
针对高校图书馆实行藏借阅一体化后,读者速增,馆员与读者在借阅过程中出现的矛盾问题作了分析,在此基础上提出了化解矛盾的对策和解决方法。
The article makes analysis on the problem that after the realization of integration of library collection,lending and reading,the number of reader increases rapidly,and on the contradiction of librarian and the reader.On this basis,the author puts forward solving measures.
