摘要
通过对大陆法系德国、日本和英美法系英国、美国法律人才培养模式的比较考察,各国法律人才培养模式大多是素质教育,都重视实践环节,都注重职业素养对我们具有启发意义。我国法学人才培养模式的目标定位应是培养应用型法律人才,应突出实践教学环节和重视职业道德教育。
Through to mainland legal system Germany, Japanese and UK-US legal system Britain, the US legal training raises the pattern the inspection quite, various countries legal training raises the pattern mostly is the education for all-around development, takes seriously to practice the link, pays great attention the professional accomplishment to have the inspiration significance to us. Our country legal science personnel training pattern's localization of target should trains the application legal training, should practice the teaching link prominently and take the occupational ethics education.
