摘要
本研究旨在思考管理者如何在专业分流教育过程中正确合理的运用职业生涯规划工具,提高学生自我认知与专业认知能力,积极探索发展方向,理性选择专业,从而达到帮助和改进专业分流工作的目的。笔者认为,职业生涯规划同样有助于降低刚性分流政策带来的负面影响,缓解高校由于教学资源分配紧张带来的分流压力,建议相关高校强化职业生涯规划辅导工作,改进专业分流工作。
This study aims to discuss the proper application of career planning in the educational process of major division to enhance students' self-awareness and professional cognition of major development and selection for the sake of smooth major streamline. The author emphasizes that colleges and universities should attach adequate importance to career planning guidance to avoid negative effects of mandatory policies and dismount pressure brought by the insufficient teaching resources in major division.
